Tom McCready, Director of Field Operations. Tom has over 35 years of industry experience all here in the LA/OC area with a focus in the healthcare market over the last 20 years. Rising through the ranks from carpenter apprentice to his current role as Director of Field Operations, Tom enjoys mentoring younger staff and sharing his experiences to help the next generation of builders.

Chris DeFazio, Principal. Chris started full-time with CDG Builders in 2010 and has worked in the construction industry since he was thirteen years old. Construction is in his DNA, and he looks forward to every new challenge and opportunity. More than anything, Chris is committed to maintaining the family spirit around CDG Builders. He is keen to engage in authentic leadership that fosters a culture of trust, values and open communication.

Kristi Martin, Director of Office Operations. Kristi has over 10 years of experience in creating service-focused cultures for clients, employees, and industry partners, and is responsible for healthy collaboration and partnership with all departments, and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and technologies to protect company’s assets and minimize liability exposures.

Ana Licon, Project Executive. Ana has over 15 years in the industry. As a Project Executive, Ana mentors and develops project teams by sharing her experience and expertise in maintaining project budgets and how to keep projects on track through proper communication with all project partners. If a problem arises, Ana is not afraid to dive head first into the details and identify workable solutions.
