Renovation of the existing Hilbert Museum of California art incorporating the adjacent, 2,500 sf building and exterior space into one unified project. The new space will includes entry foyer, office suites and small café and a full renovation to create an additional set of galleries, a community room, and service space. The exterior courtyard is framed by structural elements and accompanied by hardscape and landscape creating a main entrance to the museum, appointed by renovated exterior artwork.
