CDG Builders built-out the 4th and 9th floors of this 9-story office building to accommodate a world-class, state-of-the-art fertility clinic for hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and the Clomid Challenge testing; advanced intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertility (IVF) procedures; preimplantation gender selection, genetic diagnosis (PGD), and genetic disease screening; and egg freezing, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy services. The scope of work included an in vitro fertilization lab and office, andrology lab, IVF lab, procedure rooms, prep and recovery bays, embryo storage room, exam rooms, blood draw rooms, sterilization rooms, consultation rooms, doctor’s offices, medical gas room, administration offices and waiting room.
