Description:
The complete exterior demolition and renovation of this existing five building campus features new landscape paving areas and trellis, which activate the campus with a pleasant, inviting atmosphere for pedestrians. Outdoor spaces are enhanced by the game pavilion, event lawn, fire table with fire bowl, new plantings, vegetable garden boxes, wellness walking trail and rock mulch. During construction, CDG collaborated extensively with the owner to include additional infrastructure to accommodate future amenities and systems. CDG also assisted with the foundation design of the future prefabricated sea container building and elevator shaft, which enabled CDG to complete the work ahead of the new prefabricated building installation. This strategic, proactive approach resulted in a twelve-month schedule reduction.
